Each year, usually in the Fall, the Capital Tiger Bay Club gathers in the evening
for a special meeting of the club to hear a significantly renowned speaker of the
day. In 2009, the club welcomed broadcast journalist Joe Scarborough, host of
Morning Joe on MSNBC.
